Did the final version of Foreclosure Act include the $7000 credit for the purchase of a foreclosed home?

I bought a foreclosure in June 2008. I know the Foreclosure Prevention Act went through many changes. Who knows if the final version that the President expected to sign includes the provision for the $ 7,000 tax credit for buying foreclosed homes condos? I’m not the first time home buyers.
